Absolutely. Tahoe Jack’s prides ourselves on being able to customize our itinerary to your group’s needs. Please contact an adventure advisor for further details.

Of Course! Just give us a phone call and we’ll set it up.

We recommend making reservation as far out in advance as possible to ensure your date.  For most tours, we can usually accommodate guests within 48 hours.  With that being said, during our busy seasons (summer and winter) tours can book out weeks in advance.  If your dates are not flexible, please call us well in advance to ensure availability.

Most tours will run rain, snow or shine with a few exceptions.  Kayak and paddle board tours typically will not run if it is raining or there is a chance of lightning.  High winds can also hinder any tours out on the lake.  Winter tours generally run if it is snowing.  The exception would be if there are extreme winds, storms or blizzard conditions.  Your safety is paramount to us.  As a result, any tours may be cancelled if weather conditions pose any concern.

Absolutely.  If we have an existing tour scheduled for the date in question, we would be happy to include you in the tour.  Please contact an adventure advisor to check availability.

We accept all major credit cards.  Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard.

Regardless of whether you book online or through our office, payment is due upon booking and you will be charged the full amount when you reserve.  Our guides are not prepared to handle transactions on-site, on the day of your trip.

Gratuity is not included.  Our guides work very hard to ensure you experience the best of Lake Tahoe.  While gratuity is recommended, it is at each participant’s sole discretion based on their experience.

We pride ourselves on being able to handle just about any group size.  Please contact an adventure advisor to discuss the details of you group size and tours you have in mind.  We recommend booking out as far in advance as possible for large groups to ensure availability.
