OVERVIEW

Tahoe Jack’s Adventure Authority in collaboration with Nevada State Parks is proud to offer complimentary kayak courses dedicated to the introduction and instruction pertaining to kayak safety.  It our mission throughout the partnership to help create an experience that is not only educational but continues to inspire and promote healthy, active, outdoor lifestyles.

Our dedicated courses provide an in depth water experience to gain insight, safety protocols, equipment familiarization and proficiency as it pertains to not only kayaking, but emergency situations that may arise on and off the water.

Each course is limited to 8 individuals to ensure those involved gain the hands on instruction needed to feel confident in not only kayaking, but in their own abilities and self reliance on the water.

This course is open to all ages 12 and older.  Members of Scouts USA who complete and demonstrate proficiency throughout the course will be awarded with a Boy Scouts of America Kayaking Merit Badge.

We look forward to sharing this educational and positive experience with all participants.
